Details:
- There is a one time fee of $200.00 for software set up that may be pro-rated at $55.00/month for 4 months.
- We track patient co-pay billing as part of our package as well as tracking authorization, eligibility, benefit calls and claim denial management. There are no hidden expenses.
- We provide all the forms and cover postage costs.
- All information transmitted on the internet will be encrypted.
- Payments are sent directly to provider. You will be billed by us separately.
- There is off site back up for all your information and financial transactions so your records will never be compromised.
Getting Started:
One time setup fee of $200.00 (can be pro-rated at $55.00 per month over four months)
- Supply us with current client information for insurance information only (forms are supplied or you can photocopy your own).
- Supply us with current authorization regarding individual patients for managed care.
- Supply us with provider information and insurance ID numbers including NPI and Tax payer ID.
DIY Billing:
Set up and support for 30 days to set you up with online billing to manage your own claims and receivables. All client data, provider data and insurance companies will be set up. Online company has free support for tech issues and additional training whenever needed. $500.00 one time fee.
Fix-A-Claim Service:
Do you have an stubborn insurance claim which you can not resolve? With our new Fix-A-Claim service Pioneer Valley Billing will take care of it for a fee of only $35/hr.
